Day # 0 – Four weeks health challenge

 

So today is the last day of  my preparation to 4 weeks  health challenge based on the New York Times Bestseller “8 minutes in the morning” by Jorge  Cruise with  foreword by Anthony Robbins.

Why this book? It has been tested by myself and one of my friends  10 years ago. And repeated several times when I needed to fit to my old clothes.  Since 2009 probably thousands of new  books have been published and new super diets were in fashion, but why reinvent the wheel?

First of all – I will recommend to purchase the book as it is  brilliant!  Out of date?  May be. Let’s test it!

So I will focus on three things every day:

EMOTIONAL FITNESS – Jorge will help me to build my own inner motivation with daily Wake -up- Talk.  I will need it to move beyond self-sabotaging thinking.  No more going back to excuses like: I don’t feel like sticking to this stupid diet and exercises, I will start next week, I still have time to shed this couple of kilograms, I can’t loose weight , it is genetic and all women in my family  had curves and nice bellies.

PHYSICAL FITNESS – Jorge promises tremendous results with “two super quick moves” that take only 8 minutes in the morning. Two new strength moves specifically designed to help me speed up metabolism, get firm, and burn my fat as efficiently as possible.

EATING HABITS – his Eat Fat to Get Fit nutrition program – already tested  by me – is simple to follow and will never leave me feeling deprived. I won’t have to count calories or cut my favourite foods.  Sounds so good!

So…

  •  I took “before “ picture

I decided what I want – I want my two beautiful belts to  be loose and my skirts to nicely hang from  my hips.

I wrote a contract with myself – see picture below. It says I will lose 4 kg by 10th March 2019. I committed myself to success.

I prepared a success chart to monitor my weight loss weekly.

I found my ideal weight!

I copied “Eating Card “ from the book

I removed all temptations from my  kitchen.
