Consultations can be face to face, on WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom.

One-on-one consultations are structured. It is a process of assisting you to make desired changes in one or more areas of your life. By asking the right and sometimes difficult questions you set a strategic, effective, and focused pathway towards your goals. And a life coach holds you accountable for your actions.

Coaching will provide you with the skills and tools to stay inspired so your life is more purposeful and meaningful. You will discover how well you know yourself, what your needs are and how you created your habits and how to change them if they are not serving you.

A morning routine keeps you going, adds energy to your day and gives you a sense of achievement. Morning exercises are on Zoom from 7 am to 8 am.

That is a special set of exercises invigorate the whole body. They are practiced on an empty stomach. Some exercises involve deep concentration so it is suggested that the eyes should be closed.

Hand and leg exercises, neuro-muscular breathing, eye exercises, “Crocodile pose” – makarasana for relaxing the entire nervous system and diaphragmatic breathing. Body massage and relaxation. The whole sequence of exercises take 30 minutes when you are used to doing it.

Guided meditation takes 10 to 20 minutes and it’s a non-negotiable activity like brushing your teeth! Meditation is to get rid of the stress you have been storing in your body so you can build resilience, perform better, and show up to the world as a ball of energy and vitality.

Meditation helps you make better decisions and increases emotional intelligence. Meditation can reverse your body age (based on stress, happiness, blood pressure and cognitive functions) by 8 years.

Meditation feeds the brain with dopamine and serotonin, decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety. It helps sleep well through the night.

Guided meditation also includes Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) known as Tapping. It is an efficient and effective brief treatment for reducing stress and anxiety. Tapping promotes physical and measurable changes in body chemistry.

Week 2 – Get clear what you want – it is about the relationship with yourself, what you want to experience most in life

Week 3 – Get clear what your needs are –  certainty, variety, significance, love and connection, growth, and contribution.

Week 4 – Review of your habits and beliefs

Week 5 – Atomic steps to build new habits and get rid of unsuitable ones

Week 6 – Clear and actionable plan to unfold your desired future
